“ We went to this place because we wanted a light kind of dinner. This was great! Imagine a mediterranean "Chipotle" . They have some plates on the menu, but you can basically make your own gyro or bowl with different kinds of ingredients. I went with a Greek salad with all the typical ingredients and dressing, but I added some steak for protein. My husband made his own bowl with romaine lettuce, rice, chicken, tzaziki, some hummus, cucumbers and kalamata olives. The guy taking our order was great. He gave us time to learn the options and decide, and gave us the information we needed when we weren't sure about something. The only down side was that nobody had wiped the tables, or clean floors recently and you could tell. Overall, this fulfilled our needs and left us satisfied. ”

I order a build your own bowl + extra meat and I am able to eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day. The service is quick and you can even order online. While it is on the pricier side, I feel that it's worth it for what feels like quality food (plus I usually get 2 meals out of it!) ”

Offering sampling spoons full of Amazing flavors!! Cava has left nothing out of their service and food! Absolutely FRESH GREENS, Each sauce, whether is it the Dill Cream or Feta with a slight tang, or more spicy choices; build your own or select from a long board, an array that will fit all taste Buds! First in-line (your choice of or all) Brown or White Rice, care for some Black Lentils all cooked to pure-fection with a back step to FRESH spinach or selection greens. Adding the sauce, a step to the left will find your meats and veggies, ask for a slight taste... You will ask potentially ALL! You may choose from the board already fashion Cava Bowls or Pita bread! I build our own with the Assistance of BAILEY!! Again as we passed down the isles, my eyes widen with each sampling spoonful, special sauces YUMMY DILL, FETA Cream The BEST FALAFEL I have had in decades. Crisply done on the outside, with Delicate flavors, and the SOFT TENDER mixture of Ture Falafel taste, I reminisced being with my Military Father when traveling to Africa!! Aspen has a dog size bowl of chicken, she COBBLED UP (more scarfed, never have seen her eat so fast!), Mom is the vegetarian, and knows her food! She had to taste almost everything including a tiny portion of perfectly tender and seasoned meats. Service: Bailey was my hostess with dimpled charming smiles; customer service is remanded here, when offering a tip, I was told: We are not allow to accept tips here; I was shocked, yet knowing how many restaurants are changing quite brilliantly, in new formats support their employees lives financially, not chase away customers. I did not feel I was eating healthy food, Aspen & I cleaned our bowls, not leaving a morsel - the food is absolutely devine! Worth the travel time if you do not live around the Arvada limits! PS there is Cava Restaurant in Denver, pure delicious Mediterranean food! Bailey offered teas, ohhh how I love Chai - yet lets mix it up, DEEELLLICCIOUS! Very ENJOYABLE afternoon! ”

“ I would put CAVA in the upper echelon of fast casual chains when it comes to superior food quality and service. Since moving to the area a little less than a year ago, my wife and I have ordered takeout and delivery from CAVA numerous times and they always deliver. Consistency is key! Greek and Mediterranean inspired, they source high quality ingredients and support the finest purveyors. They use olive oil sourced from Greece, sprouted grain pitas, and preserved lemon paste from Middle Eastern pantry staple brand, New York Shuk. The founders have been friends since they were toddlers. I believe CAVA opened in 2010, just a year shy of their 15th birthday. Practically multiple lifetimes in the restaurant industry! The move at CAVA is to order a bowl. I say this as I naively say I haven't tried one of their pitas yet. Shame on me, Matt. But if order a bowl, it comes with a pita...so like, best of both worlds, right?! Steak + Harissa // Steak, Crazy Feta, red pepper hummus, tomato + onion, cucumber, feta, slaw, brown rice, greens, harissa vinaigrette. I'm a harissa eating fool, so I was excited to see it featured on some newer items. Taste wise, it was great! Overall a solid 4 stars with the harissa and red pepper hummus combo stealing the show. I wish the steak was cubed as small as it was and cooked a little less. I also really like the Chicken + Rice bowl, too. They make customizing bowls relatively painless if you're ordering through DoorDash or their website. I think their sauces and condiments are their bread and butter. Whether tzatziki, green goddess, etc. They're all packed with flavor. Healthy, satisfying, and filling. When compared to the competition, I have to give CAVA the upper hand. Not perfect, but if you don't feel like cooking, it's a reliable and fresh option, especially this outpost in Arvada! ”

“ The customer service here was super great! We had never been to Cava before so we had no idea what to order. The guy working behind the counter was so friendly and gave us samples before we committed to certain sauces ect. It made the experience not so overwhelming because there is ALOT of options! The new ranch pita chips are good but a little salty for my liking. I would def come back but heads up, it is a little pricey. ”
